Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets for the The Kensington Antiques Fair (“the Event”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
- Ticket Purchase and Entry
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser.
- Tickets are valid for entry only on the date(s) specified.
- One ticket admits one person unless otherwise stated (e.g. family or group passes).
- Entry is permitted only upon presentation of a valid ticket, either printed or digital.
- Tickets will be scanned to confirm authenticity
- Children and Minors
- Children under 16 may enter free of charge but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Any age restrictions will be stated on the ticketing page or event marketing material.
- Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Force Majeure
- If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date.
- The organiser is not liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellation due to event beyond its control (e.g., weather, public health issues, government restrictions).
- Conduct and Safety
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for disorderly behaviour, intoxication or failure to comply with event staff or venue rules.
- Visitors must follow all posted health and safety guidelines.
- Exhibitor Responsibility
- The organiser is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or condition of goods sold by individual sellers.
- Any disputes regarding purchases made at the fair must be resolved directly with the seller.
- Photography and Media
- By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These images or recordings may be used for promotional purposes by the event organisers.
- Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted unless otherwise restricted in specific areas.
- Liability
- The organiser shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property sustained during the event, unless due to negligence on its part.
- Visitors are responsible for their own belongings.
- Ticket Transfers and Scalping
- Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without the express permission of the organiser.
- Tickets found to be resold or transferred improperly may be voided without refund.
- Accessibility
- Wheelchair Access is available however its advised to let the organisers know beforehand to ensure the correct ramps / equipment is available
- Disabled parking is available however is limited
