Event Timings
- Load in – 7.00am
- Trade – 9.00am
- Public – 10.30am
- Close – 3.00pm
- Vacate hall – 6.00pm
Unloading
- Vehicles will be able to access the site grounds, metres away from the hall doors, to unload and drop stock off.
- Due to the number of vehicles expected, stallholders will have no more than 15 minutes to complete unloading.
- Vehicles can then proceed to the car park, underneath the hall, or look for (limited) street park.
- Parking for Blue Badge holders to be confirmed.
Setting Up
- Your space has been pre allocated. Note: Power is only available on wall tables, so, if required, please ensure you book this type of space.
- There will be floor maps/table layouts at the entrance to the venue and in each hall
- Your stand will be clearly marked.
- Check the legs/stability of your table before setting up
- Do not move tables without agreement from organisers (due to fire safety)
- Floor markings are there for your and the visitors safety
- Only the tables supplied can be used – you cannot bring your own ones.
- The availability of extra tables will be confirmed closer to the event.
- Tables placed as a return/right angle to the main table must be placed at the front (space permitting) and not to the side of your main table.
- Walkways are to be kept clear at all times and to be a minimum of 2m wide
- All electrical items used are to PAT tested and fully compliant – NOTE: KTH staff will be conducting random checks on a regular basis
Breaking Down
- Stands cannot be broken down until all public have left the site, generally no earlier than 3.15pm
- Please ensure that you take all of your rubbish with you – bin bags are available from event staff if required.
- Please pack all of your items first then bring your car for loading.
- Vehicles will not be allowed into the Courtyard until all public have left and KTH staff have authorised – normally no earlier than 3.15pm
- Vehicles will have 15 minutes to load and leave.
- Dealers need to leave the halls by 6.00pm. Failure to leave by this time may result in an additional charge for staff/security overtime.
