Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets for the The Kensington  Antiques Fair (“the Event”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

 

  1. Ticket Purchase and Entry
    1. All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser.
    2. Tickets are valid for entry only on the date(s) specified.
    3. One ticket admits one person unless otherwise stated (e.g. family or group passes).
    4. Entry is permitted only upon presentation of a valid ticket, either printed or digital.
    5. Tickets will be scanned to confirm authenticity
  2. Children and Minors
    1. Children under 16 may enter free of charge but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
    2. Any age restrictions will be stated on the ticketing page or event marketing material.
  3. Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Force Majeure
    1. If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date.
    2. The organiser is not liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellation due to event beyond its control (e.g., weather, public health issues, government restrictions).
  4. Conduct and Safety
    1. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for disorderly behaviour, intoxication or failure to comply with event staff or venue rules.
    2. Visitors must follow all posted health and safety guidelines.
  5. Exhibitor Responsibility
    1. The organiser is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or condition of goods sold by individual sellers.
    2. Any disputes regarding purchases made at the fair must be resolved directly with the seller.
  6. Photography and Media
    1. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These images or recordings may be used for promotional purposes by the event organisers.
    2. Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted unless otherwise restricted in specific areas.
  7. Liability
    1. The organiser shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property sustained during the event, unless due to negligence on its part.
    2. Visitors are responsible for their own belongings.
  8. Ticket Transfers and Scalping
    1. Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without the express permission of the organiser.
    2. Tickets found to be resold or transferred improperly may be voided without refund.

    1. Wheelchair Access is available however its advised to let the organisers know beforehand to ensure the correct ramps / equipment is available
    2. Disabled parking is available however is limited
